Please ensure all items remain in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
